- Open a score, show its tools and choose Metronome. It is also available in programmes and difficult-passage practice.
- Set the tempo with the slider. Slower and Faster adjust it by one beat per minute.
- Choose the number of beats, beat unit and accents. Start the metronome, then stop it when you finish.
- Name and save a preset to use these settings again. The metronome runs in the foreground; check its state after an interruption.
